i guess it feels so intense because i haven't felt anything like this in years. it is driving me crazy. but even if i would rather it wasn't there, i'm going to try and enjoy being silly and smiling for no reason. it will pass, hopefully. i mean, the butterflies. in my stomach. i'll keep the smiling, thank you.
